1. Product Authenticity
- We guarantee 100% purity of gold and hallmarking (where applicable).
- Certified quality is provided for diamonds and gemstones.
- Lifetime purity warranty is given on gold.
2. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are based on daily market gold/silver rates.
- Final billing depends on the weight and karat of the jewellery.
- Making charges and wastage are charged separately.
- All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Secure payments accepted via UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, etc.
- For balance/credit (udhaar) transactions, cheque submission equal to due amount is compulsory.
3. Offers & Discounts
- Discounts (e.g., up to 20% off) are valid only on full payment purchases.
- Offers cannot be clubbed with other schemes unless mentioned.
- Minimum purchase criteria (if any) will be clearly specified.
4. Exchange Policy
- Only exchange is allowed; no returns or refunds.
- Exchange value calculated as per prevailing market rates.
- Making charges and wastage will be deducted during exchange.
- Exchange valid only with the original bill.
5. Customized Orders
- Advance payment is compulsory for customized jewellery.
- Advance is non-refundable.
- Customized items are not eligible for exchange/return.
- Delivery timeline for custom orders will be confirmed separately.
- To book the gold rate for any number of grams, it is compulsory to deposit a minimum of 80% of the total amount in advance.
6. Warranty & After-Sales
- Gold purity warranty is lifetime.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, stone loss, breakage, or wear & tear.
- Repairs/alterations are chargeable.
7. Credit & Delayed Payments
- For udhaar sales, cheque submission is mandatory as security.
- In case of delay in repayment, Ajit Jewellers reserves the right to charge interest on outstanding balance.
8. Liability
- Ajit Jewellers is not responsible for delivery delays due to courier, logistics, or payment gateway issues.
- Ajit Jewellers is not liable for damage/loss once the product has been handed over to the courier/logistics partner.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate size, design, and delivery information. The shop will not be liable for issues arising due to incorrect details shared by the customer.
- The shop’s decision will be final in case of disputes.
9. Legal
- All content, designs, and logos belong to Ajit Jewellers. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Umaria District, City Birsinghpur, Pali courts only.
